    I can assure you that it was absolutely a 'clean sheet' exercise but as with any well considered change of direction the brief was wide ranging. The AP4 regs were the work of a team in New Zealand....

    Wrong. AP4 was a clean sheet exercise which has produced a formula with more similarities to WRC2 than MR. There is a looseness which allows MR cars.
