I did a 3:27 the other day with the S2000 Fiesta, but that was because I was trying to gain back some time on the AI on a rally and it was very very close to some big accidents in places.

Well I do now have more respect for those people who make the pacenotes in games. This 26km stage I'm working on is taking a long time and it isn't like it takes ages to do it. But still awesome.

It's absolutely brilliant to use. You can go into as much or as little detail as you like. I love it but it does take a long time to work through the notes, especially if you're starting from scratch...

There is a updated version now on the racedepartment thread which apparently allows BTB stages to be saved and opened again. Will give it a try some time.

Anyone tried the new pacenote plugin mentioned at RBR+ ? I tried it a bit this morning and it's very good. It lets you alter the notes on the fly so you can do a recce of the stage like in real life...

I've actually given up trying to keep up RSRBR. This nonsense of having to redownload car packs every 2 minutes is annoying. It worked much better with the updates for 9.

Yeah it actually tells you at the end of the update installation that you need to get the car packs again but it tells you in French so if you're not watching for it you miss it. Reinstalling won't...

Tried it last nite and it is very wierd. Very slow to build up revs and then very close gears. Not a nice car to drive but handles ok. Would set decent times with it if u can stand that engine.

Will hopefully give it a crack tonight and let you know what I think.
