Many of the series you say probably can't find a broadcaster for it (World RX, WEC etc).

Oh, c'mon. This is standard across all retail online platforms. If you don't / can't be bothered to look for a promo code, then you pay full price.

The LIve TV stages are likely delivered via satellite to broadcasters, the All LIve likely via the internet to somewhere that then generates the encoded livestream.

This would create a delay.

The idea that anyone who takes the time to post on a WRC-specific forum on the internet is truly trying to save a paltry 10 euros is ridiculous.

SS15 is a Live TV stage.

They must be preparing all their resources (heli, commentators etc etc) for that.
