Evo IX isn`t a historic yet. I hope to see more protos. Yes, it is great to watch those homologated cars with fast drivers but the ingenuity, different solutions and fast driving from "home-made" cars is interesting. Even if they go slow, they are more fun to watch than WRC/ R5 cars going slow.
Can we expect surprise from these guys with WRC Fiestas?

According to Autosport it's because of limited testing, the tarmac suspension wouldn't arrive in time for him to use in testing.
I find this very strange, when was the parts homologated, November?
It probably takes less than a week to manufacture them...
