After experiencing it myself and by looking at the pictures above, l can't stop worrying about those helicopters flying so low above so many people. Is this safe?

I believe what was meant is that Ogier is a master of car placement. To me, it is very much analog to Loeb. They are almost always at the right place at the right time. They are practically never the "victims" of misplaced rocks or other obstacles. To me again, this demonstrates a level of comprehension and execution of what is required win and dominate in rallying!
