That's already impossible. Rovanpera had a puncture again on SS8, lost nearly 4 minutes and dropped down to the 19th position overall. In the meantime Andreucci won 3 stages in a row and leads the rally.

Rain started in Sanremo town and occasionally also in the hills but most of the roads are still dry. Hard to choose tyres now.
I'm not following the rally (bussines trip during weekend-grrrrr..), but when I opend the results, I was expecting Paddon to be in a safe lead. After all he is a WRC driver....local rally should be a "walk in the park" for him. Not to be behind 52 year old driver. So, Andreucci still a surprise for me.
Try currently (12:30) but the dry weather is all the more incomprehensible.
dry path although drips on the evidence. The next test, the longer, has some wet traits, especially the final descent. But situation all the more uncertain.
It is about to start the last act of this 64.Rallye Sanremo which remains very uncertain and treacherous for the weather pattern. Crews have chosen all the more variegated rubber solutions, although the majority has chosen a solution that does not require a lot of rain
Ucci again faster 1,4 from Paddon

ss11 is last stage
Miki Biasion, driver of "zero" trailblazer "dry for 15 km, then more intense rain on the Hill, but without puddles and rivulets of water."
Confirmed by persistent rain after the Hill, for the final descent
Ucci in finish, time 17:23,2 is more than one minute slower than first pass.
Edit: Paddon also finished.
