Is the "ignore list" still available?

I never used the "ignore list" before but I would like to use it now and am wondering if it is still available in this latest forum guise?

Am I right in thinking that this application will make any posts, by members on your list, invisible?

It does, but one can still see their posts when they are quoted by others who are not on your ignore list.
