I guess the Rally Safe system in the WRC won't be based on GPS points for start and stopline like in the APRC?
Because the times have been up to 3 seconds wrong there I'm hearing.

I've used a similar system in Canada and the US. It doesn't replace timing but it's good to see when cars come out of service or approach a stage if you're waiting around wondering where everyone is. It can help find/detect a stopped car for spectators and even recovery crews, too.
So Skoda will be back in a couple of years...

One rumor I came across is that Peugeot could replace Citroen in WRC in the near future, as Peugeot has already announced they are quitting their rally raid program.
