....and still counting! ;)

My only hope now is that my bonus GP will produce some magic. But having Kvyat and reserve Gasly shows that I know something at least
Mr Jones how is Palmer's departure, going to affect my Fgp team? Do I get McSainz ;)
Nope.
This is an interesting question and I hope one which will make the Reserve driver situation more clear.
COD and I are the only ones who have Gasly. Thanks to the musical chairs, aka race seats we both have all three drivers on the grid.
This means that any points Gasly scores will NOT be counted to the team because both of our main drivers are still in a F1 race seat.
Reserve drivers replace any of a team's main drivers ONLY if one of the main drivers is not in a F1 seat on the grid.
For those of you who have Palmer - you are now out of a driver unless you have Gasly.
I Hope that this explanation plus seeing how the points are scored will enlighten everyone as to why the reserve driver should not be seen as a throw away pick.

Now i get the reserve driver. So it needs to be someone who has a real chance of getting a race seat. Picking Mario Andretti would be dead on arrival.
You got it.
It's a hard pick but usually you have to decide if you want a teams third driver just in case one of your main guys gets hurt or your third driver is to cover one of your main drivers who is rumored to be losing his seat.
Rumors & Mystery have it that Hamilton won qualifying with a time of 1 minute 27 seconds and 31 hundredths, and won the race with a time of 1 hour 27 minutes and 31 seconds. There is surely something fishy here!
