Limit old threads

I have a problem with the number of topics appearing on the main index page (or however it is called) - there's a screenshot:

Same here.
Also some threads is missing: like Finnish Rally championship. No find that one anymore...

Yeah there is too much there. I'll look into a fix.

Still I have a lot of old threads under new ones...
