To even compare Tuohino to P. Solberg as a snow driver is ridiculous. Tuohino has always been minutes away from P. Solberg, M. Grönholm etc.
What about Mats Jonsson? He's not WRC driver, but at least may qualify as on of the best on snow.

Mats has HAD quite a respectable WRC result list including some wins in Swedish Rally, and going back to the mid/late 80s some amazing results in the Opel Kadett GSI. Who can forget Finland 1987 "poor old Mats Jonsson" up to 5th OA in the 1800 SOHC version of the Kadett built by ENEM.

Pretty good results for an older guy, in an older car the Escort WRC being a tarted up Sierra really (just a bit shorter and whoopie, struts in the rear).
Mats Jonsson is a really good driver with loads of experience. he is comming to age though...
