Cher Vino do you or can you find details of the "primes" and the costs of those coupes? The great magazine "L'echappment" had a review of all the one make cups in an issue in 2002 and it covered all the "+" and "-" and costs and prizes and was very very eye opening..
I wish I could see details of the current climate..I read French OK, and used to speak it pretty good when I race 2 seasons in France a long time ago, so don't break your neck looking for English.
Thanks!

I just discovered that this season in spanish Catalunya there's a cup called "Volant RACC" using a Peugeot 208 with the 3-cylinders Puretech engine running in N2 class
The cars are being prepared by Mavisa Sport(who created also years before, the Peugeot 107 cup, and then the Toyota Aygo cup in Spain)...
Birth in 2018 of the Peugeot Rally Cup Iberica :bounce:
Peugeot Portugal and Peugeot Spain allied their forces(together with portuguese team Sports & You)to create a cup(using the "classic" 208 R2 as only car)that will run 3 events in Spain and 3 events in Portugal(on gravel and on tarmac)... ;)
More détails to come soon...

Hi Tom,
As I'm from Catalonia I'm on a good position to give you more info about this one-make series. 'Volant RACC' is an old one-make cup with more than 30 years of history (since 1979) that had always run cars from Peugeot.
This year had been the first one with the 1.2 Puretech Peugeot 208. The overall winner has been Pep Bassas Jr (The son of the former Spanish champion Pep Bassas (R.I.P). As a reward Pep is gonna step up to BK R2 in the spanish national series.
Other great champions of Volant RACC has been, as an example, Mia Bardolet or Dani Solà. http://motorsport.racc.cat/volant-ra...a-palmares.php
Thanks CivEngine ;)
Yep, it looks great, but Portuguese and Spanish ventures usually tend to fail (spain’s partners always wants to dominate them…). IMO it’d be more practical to have separate trophys in each country and make an Iberian cup final at the end of the season. We'll see.
What is the difference between the Fiesta R2's for the French Junior championship and the "standard" Fiesta R2?
