On that note, you might find some of the older cars drivers have far more talent and are also more spectacular to watch than a gentleman driver in a WRC car (except for obviously the crash factor with the gentleman drivers).
There is also the fact that it's bloody expensive to run a WRC event, so often the organisers need to have other people competing to help pay for the cost...
Don't be so selfish, just because you don't want to see some cars. You can always close your eyes or leave...
