At the same time Mundl was very carefull with words, because knowing the specification and the weather prediction (it was sunny & dry), he knew it is going to be mission impossible...and that what happened.
At Lavantall the story was oposite-Mundl knew that this is his chance, the weather cooperated with him, Neubauer had technical issues...It is no excuse for WRC drivers, but guys-Mundl has at least 2.000-3.000 racing km with R5 under his belt (again not forget-he was involved in test phase), Neubauer one rally and app.100 test km....
So, think also this way....and listen carefully to the statements before they attack stages...
