It's an old cliché, that you only have to lead the last lap, well that's exactly what Burton did today. He only led one lap!
that was one of the best finishes i have ever seen: Jr. in a Hendrick car. And the Burton/Kenseth finish was pretty "edge of your seat" too
I bet Jr. would like to drive a Hendricks car all set up right sometime, just to compare. Did he earn a few extra points there, or did he just do it for the love of racing? Pretty cool really.
As far as Stewart goes, I am a big fan, but he is an idiot somedays. Especially when he starts talking. His speeches about "guys who race too hard or too early or fans booing or don't get out of his way like he likes" are just garbage. Shut up and drive Tony. Dale Sr. the spokesman you AREN'T.
Montoya is good. Bad good. He is a fantastic driver. Not only will he be up front a lot, but I think he has the Dale Sr. touch, where if you want to play hard with him, you better be ready end up in the wall with him motoring on.
I gather Stewart is one to carry a grudge? Even if its his fault? :D JPM finished 8th anyway, and had a pretty decent race from what I can gather :D
