Of course Honda want Ross Brawn (Them and 11 other teams on the grid). The thing about Honda I think is the difference between being capable of winning and knowing how to win. Honda are capable of winning but I'm not sure they know how, which leads to wrong decisions being made.
Ross Brawn knows how to win and played a key roll in turning Ferrari into a dominant force. He'd also have a natural authority within the team because no one would be able to argue with his record. This should bring stability and deter the management from constantly shuffling personel.
