With the new aerodynamics and more power. I think 1 second per km faster is right. But you would need head to head to compare. Catalunya and Deutschland will tell a lot. As will Finland and Poland. But this is just my opinion
Finland and Poland hardly. Just look at the difference between WRC and R5/S2000 there. Germany and Catalunya will show larger differences, I agree. From gravel rallies it is IMHO going to be Argentina and Mexico where the new cars will have the biggest advantage.
Is Henning Solberg getting a car for sweden?Heard that it was not 100% yet.
He can't change between categories. For me, he will use 2017 test car, the PX66 HVY
he can, he did it also last year
You can ask to change the class, but FIA must agree with it.
Got the magazine today so here are the new stages, the rest looks the same apart from Vargåsen obviously, entry road through where the stage ran before after Colin's crest and the two first entry roads to Hagfors are not marked in green anymore, just after where Henning had a spin in 6th. The entry road in Röjden by the lake we talked about is not open this year either.
First one is Shakedown
