I dont understand the german correctly (also after using translator), but all cars in ERC field must use NEW specification of tyres for tarmac (which is valid from 1.5.2013), actually there is no exception for use older tyres (like was waiver for Pirelli and Yokohama in second half of previous year). And it is not only for 18" tyres, but for all cars (also smaller).Quote:

I have no idea about other tyres but their 18" asphalt ERC tyres have been in use since Sanremo.
