#Neuville UPDATE: driving the car back from the SSS. We will check the car in service this evening and rejoin tomorrow under Rally2.
wow, just missed the last one and what a turn around, we are going to have a Sunday showdown....
With such acts like Neuville managed to perform twice in a row Mr.Ogier will lost motivation for fight.....it has no sense to risk anything if others guys demolish their hopes and positions by such stupid mistakes.....he can just cruise, collect points and here we go...another championship under his belt.
What a turn of events! I'm not surprised Meeke went off, he was struggling for pace and started pushing in a tail happy car, it was just a matter of time. But Neuville, again at a time where he was more than safe, to me it looks like his problem is lost focus when he stops pushing.
In any case it sets up a thriller day tomorrow! Ogier hasn't been at his best this rally and Tanak's advantage could be enough. Latvala is the unknown here, he's been consistent but usually slightly slower, I expect Tanak will be able to overtake him. Of course with Latvala there's the risk he decides to push and goes off which would result in a Ford 1-2.
About team orders, I don't think they will happen, except for "bring the cars home". The situation is too complicated as it is right now it's best to let each driver try to get the best result, not to mention you don't want to sour the atmosphere so early in the season.
Louise Cook still going? No result on SSS Karlstad?
