The Penske Fords, using Rousch/Yates engines, are on par with the Hendrick's organization cars. Why do the Rousch team cars, using the same engines, not do very well at all?
My thoughts: Rousch is primarily concerned with the engines and doesn't pay enough attention to the cars.
