I work a walk away from the place where he was assassinated. It's quite an experience to visit there when you realize the weight of his presence in history.
He was quite a human being...

Dr. King was the lightening rod for much of what we call the civil rights movement. He was dedicated to the principles of non-violence. It is a great tragedy that he was murdered, and an even greater tragedy that nobody has emerged to take his place. Rest in peace, Dr. King.Quote:
