you pay for the delivery. at the end of the whole procedure they write you the whole price. Such system has also swrt.com

delivery form U.K to slovenia(i buy t shirt from swrt.com) was 50 € + 10€ for post i think it is important where must package travelled
try ebay guys! much cheaper! :)
