- Long time rallying fan. Started early when my family used to live in Telford when the RAC used to come through in the Eighties.
Was in the Welsh forests in 1995 to see McRae take the title and I watched every round of the World Rally Championship on TV religiously from 1997 until we lost Michael Park in 2005, the year when the rebranded WRC began to lose some of it's shine.
I now enjoy the IRC which I feel embodies the 'anything can happen' spirit of rallies of old.
