The entry list for the Welsh Rallies of 1974 and 1975 can be found in the excellent new book "The Welsh Rally" by Mark Griffin and Martin Leonard. The 74 list is numbered down to 240 and the 75 list to 214 so I am not about to retype it. I'll email you a scan of the relevant pages tomorrow.

It doesn't have to be an WRC just because it looks like one , esthetical conversions from grA to WRC looks were very often in 1997-2000
