European Rally Championship - Round 8
The Rally Príncipe of Asturias is the 8th round of the 2010 ERC, from 9th to 11th of September, as always in very selective tarmac stages. In 2010 it will celebrate its 47 edition, being consolidated this way in the elite of european rallyes, and will be completed by a national and regional rally. Xavier Pons confirmed with the Fiesta S2000 (Nupel Team) for testing the Pirelli tires for the next SWRC tarmac rallies.

Finally Pons will drive with Pirelli tires in a session with M-Sport.
In this rally the Nupel Fiesta S2000 will be driven by Victor Senra, this driver is very fast but has never drive a S2000. Only 4 ERC crews in the entry list, Corrado and Luigi Fontana, Antonin Tlustak and Marco Cavigioli. The other main news, Miguel Fuster with a Skoda Fabia S2000. Probably from a Czech team. Over 70 entries (including regional rally), 7 S2000 (the others are Alberto Hevia and Jonathan Perez). The official list released today, probably.
