That's what's so great about this form of fantasy GP racing. Instead of constantly jumping ship, your fate is the fate of the actual team chassis, the overall implementation of the engine program, and the ups and downs of your drivers! Having a tough year? Imagine what it's like for the people actually involved in a particular program or for the driver down on his luck; a small part of you is right there with them!

I think we Jean Eric owners can expect him to stay in the 14-16th range for the rest of the season.

Hey, I'm only stating opinion that I pose as facts here. You can't expect to take a guy who'd perpetually mid-pack serious!

I am sad I have Jean Eric in my team. He is my weak link.
I would be in the top 5 overall if I had chosen someone else."In F1 too many things overshadow the Racing" by Kimi

Well, weakling in my team is Glock. At least Vergne has some hope of scoring some points at times.

OK but not great again for me. No Vergne or Saubers this week, but Hamilton and Ferrari engine done me OK.

I jumped back up to 17th from 24th. A 3rd in the race certainly helped!

Well, now when Ferrari/Alonso didn't shine, my race was instantly much better.

Teams, who have chosen Rikknen as their driver, have a clear 1-2 in the standings. Kimi has turned out to be a brilliant choice at a relatively cheap price, which still enabled to save enough money for decent chassis and engine.
We having been discussing a lot about the efficiency of Grosjean in this thread. I think in retrospect he has turned out to be the second best choice on the price/points-scoring scale. Who would have thought Lotus can be that good all season?
Also Lotus itself is probably the best chassis on the price/points scale. I think anyone, who has anything about Lotus in his/her team (driver or chassis), has done well by getting a decent points accumulator at a good bargaining price, while still saving money to get some additional strong point-collectors.
Now think about this:
Rikknen (15M) + Grosjean (9M) + Lotus (13M) + Ferrari (9M) = 46M. I think had anyone opted for this, it would have been a dream team. Imagine having absolutely everything - chassis, engine and both drivers scoring well. What would be the amount of points of such combo by now?Last edited by jens; 30th Jul 12 at 14:01.

It's all about consistency, Taz, and so far the Kimi and LotusF1 or Ferrari people are doing very well. if McLaren turned it around it would be a different story.
