I did not like it when I heard it, but according to some sources from Cyprus (they are involved in organisation side) the rally this year is cancelled due to financial trouble, but nothing official yet

I dont think that Cyprus will be cancelled, but if they think about, entry close of San Remo is Monday, 1st of October! I am sure some crews who planned Cyprus, but not San Remo, could change.
