Seems to suit him quite ok.

Tamrazov won't start in the IRC event, but only in the Ukrainian championship.

Kochmar will start on Evo VIII, because he crashed his Evo IX recently. So, it will be harder for him to keep the top speed.

So again. Mini is not registered so drivers with Mini are not part of the IRC event. Simple as that. Rallies like Ypres or Barum didn't make separated entry lists for all championships run there but otherwise it was same - no Mini in the IRC event. The itinerary seems to be same for both events.

There is no word about that in the supplementary regulations. Or am I just blind?

It would be good to know, because on another forum we have a pickem about Yalta and if it's not the same amount of km's it has no sense to put Tamrazov in it.

What I see from different sites (unfortunatelly official site is under deep reconstruction before the rally
), that Ukrainian championship stage is really shorter:
http://rally-ua.org/images/download/...2marshlist.pdf
IRC time table includes several more stages:
Prime Yalta Rally 2012 - Time table - Rally-Base
So, Ukr ch is 145,13 km, IRC is + 116.74 km
