Eurosport Player. Kopecky seems to be faster this time through.

I don't enjoy watching onboards with the Mini. It doesn't sound or look as agressive as the NA cars.

If only he could have been "on it" on the first run.

Yes, i agree with you, he could be very close to Sordo in that case, but now i guess it is too late, Sordo will take the victory for sure.

Kopecky again but still quite tight with Campana with one stage to go.

Great victory for Sordo, first rally in IRC and immediately first victory also.

Good solid drive by Sordo over the whole rally and great drive by Kopecky today (except SS10), also very good drive by Campana.

Best IRC rally of the year so far, especially with live tv but on the whole it ended a bit disappointing as I think there could have been a fantastic battle for victory if Basso and Mikkelsen had stayed in the fight.

Hope to see more of the Mini this year with good drivers!

(3 - Mikkelsen Andreas / Floene Ola): “We are so far to the guys in front, we try to enjoy, but it is not maximum attack. I hope I have used up all my bad luck in one rally.”

Bad luck OMG? LOL! Solberg's bad influence on the newcomers

Otherwise Sordo played it like a boss. Halfway through the rally with half a minute distance. Let the romping kids smash their toys and take the gold at the end. No drama, no pressure.

Third victory of a turbocharged car, but this could represent a radical change on the IRC.

This victory is the start of the future, with the 1600 Turbo engines.

On this rally the Mini appeared faster than the rest of the field, let's see in the future, and specially if the 1600T engine is better than de 2000.
    Three gears are enough!

And that is the difference between WRC level of driving and "Ladycup".

I dont' agree. If you see the fastest times of the rally are mainly S2000 Skodas and Peugeots. The Mini for me is one step behind for now, maybe due to the weight as Dani appointed but i'm sure that without a driver like Dani driving the Mini the winner would be in a different car.

For me this rally showed that works Skodas mainly are still faster than the Mini at least. Not enough stages to compare with Fiesta RRC unfortunately.

Must say I agree with NOT and Jordib, when we compare T 1600 and NA engines.
Now it only remains to adjust the R4 regulations.
Then this b.classe could be really interesting.

I didn't know that years ago, in the WRC era, some drivers used to take notes also for the road sections in Corsica. Basso also should for the next year.

I don't think that would have been the case if Basso had stayed in. My feeling is that they 1.6Ts are at least on a par with the S2000s, guess we will learn more on the other events which Basso does.

I still much prefer watching the S2000 cars, especially on the onboards, so not looking forward to R5 in that respect.
